Are you unhappy with the product you ordered and want to return it?
No problem, we’re here to help.
When shopping at Another-Label.com, you, as an online customer, have 14 days to return your order, starting from the day you receive it.
In the event that the period expires on a holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, on 24 December or 31 December, you may withdraw from the contract on the following weekday.

We recommend using a tracked and signed shipping service for returns to ensure the safe delivery of your items. Return costs are not covered by Another-Label. We guarantee a refund if the product(s) are returned in perfect condition including their tags, in the original packaging. The goods must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered in any way and accompanied by a completed return form.
Returns can only be processed through our warehouse. Unfortunately, returns cannot be made at any of our physical stores.
We kindly ask of your understanding that Another-Label is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or mistakes made by the carrier. We’ve had less favorable experiences with POST.NL, including cases of lost shipments, which are outside of our control. For this reason, we recommend sending returns via registered or insured mail, or using DPD for more reliable service. Another-Label cannot be held liable for lost packages.
