1. Conclusion of Contracts
   Another-Label reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information on Another-Label.com. A binding agreement between you and Another-Label is formed once your order has been accepted and confirmed by Another-Label. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been accepted and dispatched. Please note that the initial order receipt does not constitute a confirmation of your order. Purchases from Another-Label.com are intended for consumers only and not for business customers.
   
   
2. Prices and Payment
   All prices are inclusive of VAT. The applicable price is the one displayed on Another-Label.com for the relevant product at the time of your order. Customs duties and import taxes may apply to orders shipped outside the EU and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
   
   Shipping costs may apply depending on your order value and will be indicated at checkout. Another-Label reserves the right to adjust prices, shipping fees, and other costs at any time, for example, due to changes in VAT rates, public charges, or increased costs.
   
   
3. Delivery
   Another-Label reserves the right to refuse service to individuals at its discretion. We are not obligated to deliver items that are out of stock.
   Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. We work with carriers such as PostNL, DHL, DPD, UPS, Budbee, and Red Je Pakketje. Delivery times vary by country but are generally within 1–5 business days from the order date.
   
   
4. Right of Withdrawal
   You have the right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with consumer protection laws for distance contracts.
   
   
5. Return Policy
   You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. If the return period ends on a public holiday, Saturday, December 24, or December 31, you may return the items on the next business day. Exchanges can only be made by returning the original items to our warehouse. Returns cannot be made at retail stores.
   
   
6. How to Withdraw from the Contract
   To withdraw from the contract, return the items to Another-Label before the 14-day period expires. The return is considered timely if the items are handed over to the postal service within this period. For proof of timely return, we recommend keeping the receipt from the postal service. Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If Another-Label has made a replacement delivery because the original item could not be delivered in full, we will cover the return shipping costs.

8. Conditions for Returns
   Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them may result in a reduction of the refund amount.
   
   
9. Defective Items and Claims
   Any defects or issues with items must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after discovery. In any case, defects must be reported no later than two years from the purchase date.
   
   
10. Liability
    Another-Label is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to force majeure events. During such events, our obligations are suspended.
    Our liability for claims, including damages, is limited to the purchase price of the item related to the claim, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis for the claim. Product liability towards consumers is governed by applicable law without limitation.
